MODE OF DELIVERY**METRO MANILA: GOGO EXPRESS AND SAME DAY DELIVERY1. If buyer is not available to receive the parcel, he/she shall inform us 1-2 days before the said shipment schedule. Failure to do so will result to additional and/or another shipping fee.

ORDERING POLICY1. Please be always 100% sure when ordering.
2. We accept change of orders only if your order is not yet secured.
3. Below 18 y/o* are restricted from ordering unless your parents allowed you and will take full responsibility of your orders.
4. We allow limited combine shipment. (Max 3 group orders).
5. Be a responsible buyer.
6. We will block rude buyers.PAYMENT POLICY1. Please pay exact amount stated in masterlist.2. Down payment is required for every Group orders. Failure to pay on the given deadline will result on:
- Cancellation of order
- Late Charge (50 php)3. Remaining balance including shipping fees and packaging fees shall be paid on or before deadline of payment.3. We can only extend deadline of payment maximum of 3 days. PHP 50 per day shall be added as late charge.4. We will only confirm payments through payment form. If buyer is can't upload his/her receipt, please email us.6. Down payment is non-refundable and will be used to secure your order.CANCELLATION OF ORDERS1. Buyers who failed to settle their payments will be blacklisted from our shop including those who cancel their orders2. We allow cancellation of orders within 24hrs after you fill-out order form. Cancelling your order after days, weeks, months is not possible anymore.3. We require P350 cancellation feePACKAGE ARRIVAL AT KR ADDRESS1. There are different release dates for each items/ group orders. Please take note or check our masterlist.2. Delays may occur from the original shop like weverse, ktown and other suppliers. They sometimes do not follow the release dates.3. Once the items have been shipped, it takes 2-3 days to arrive in KR address. Maximum 7 days to receive all items under one group order.4. Once they arrived, our consolidator will arrange them.5. Shipment will be made once the box is full. Sometimes, it takes 1-2 weeks.6. Once our box has been shipped out, that's the time you will count the ETA. Boxes usually arrives 3 weeks after the date of shipment but delays are inevitable that's why patience is a must.7. All items are under normal eta unless otherwise stated.PACKAGE ARRIVAL AT PH ADDRESS1. Estimate time of arrival (ETA): 3-5 weeks. Delays may occur so please wait patiently.2. We have no control over international couriers. So, if you can't wait, please do not order from us.3. International courier will text or call us once our package have arrived.BUYER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION1. Please always provide your complete and correct shipping details and social media account.

If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and payment will be refunded.2. We will refund payments for out of stock items only.DELIVERING POLICY1. All items will be packed properly with bubble wrap (standard packaging), toploader or cardboards for photocards, and box for albums and other fragile items. Packaging fee may apply.2. We will deliver your goods as near as possible to the date and time set out. It is a fact of life that delays in deliveries may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.3. We won’t be held responsible for any lost/ damage items caused by mishandling of couriers.4. In case of reshipment, you will have to pay another shipping fee. Cases like inactive contact numbers and/or incomplete shipping address.5. Tracking numbers will be provided through email. It is buyer's responsibility to track his/her package after 24hrs.6. We require to make an unboxing video incase there's missing or damage items. This is to protect both buyer's and shop's rights. Email us all the details needed including your unboxing video as soon as possible.6. Should you experience problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately.RETURN POLICY1. If you have received a wrong, damage or there are missing items, kindly informed us immediately (within 24 hrs upon receiving the package). with the unboxing video as a proof. Please note: this goes only for orders where we have sent you the wrong or a faulty product. We do not refund or change orders when the customer himself/ herself has ordered a wrong product and without any proof.BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
